Pupils must be in school compound five minutes before the bell rings. Any pupil coming late may not enter the class room unless she/ he brings to the teacher a note signed by Principal. Action may be taken against a pupil who comes late regularly. Such action may include sending a pupil back home for that day.
All students are expected to speak in English in school premises.
Politeness, courtesy in speech and discipline are expected from the students.
Pupils may not leave the school premises during the school hours or recess without the permission of the Principal.
Private tuition is not encouraged.
Students should wear clean uniform to school daily and pay attention to cleanliness of their bodies.
The school will not be responsible for any items lost by the students.
Punctuality and regularity in studies should be observed.
No student should be sent to school if suffering from contagious or infectious diseases (e.g. chiken pox, measles, mumps, jaundice etc.)
A note in the 'Absence record' is necessary even if you bring a medical certificate.
A month's notice should be given in writing by the parent or guardian before a pupil is withdrawn. Otherwise fees for the following month will be charged.
No Leaving Certificate or Examination Report will be granted till school fees are fully paid.
Every pupil must possess a school diary, which is to be brought to class daily. Non-attendance and leave record should be entered in the diary and signed by the parents. Parents are also expected to sign messages and reports.
Parents/ Guardians or other persons should not visit the classrooms or interview the teachers during the school hours.
Parents/Guardians are not allowed to meet the students during school hours (including recess) except with the permission of the principal.
Parents are requested to make sure that their children are taken home immediately after school hours. The school will not be responsible for children not reaching home. When communicating with the school authorities the parents are requested to mention the name and the class in which their child is studying.
Parents and guardians are given to understand that the management has the right to say on what conditions they will admit or detain pupils in the school provided such conditions are in conformity with the appropriate rules issued by pertinent authority from time to time. The management has the right to all decisions regarding the functioning of the school.
Applying mehendi is not allowed at any time in the school.
Simple wrist watches may be worn on Examination days by class IX & X only.
No form of make-up (hair dye, nail polish, mehendi, lipstick, jewelry, etc.) will be allowed in the school at any time. Those who violate this regulation will be strictly dealt with.
Students are not allowed to bring mobile phones to school.
It is the duty of the parents to check the calender (for remarks) everyday.
